Jim is a Lecturer in the Practice of Management at the Yale School of Management. Previously he led efforts in Private Equity at the Princeton University Investment Company for 15 years. Before joining Princeton, Jim spent over two decades in the venture capital industry investing in early-stage technology companies. He began his career as a systems engineer designing microprocessors at Texas Instruments. Jim holds a B.S. in Engineering and Applied Science from Yale University and received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
