Tom Maynard

Tom Maynard is a seasoned sales leader. Currently the RVP of Sales at Beamery, he joined the company 8 years ago as its first sales hire and has been instrumental in scaling the business to over 350 employees. Throughout his time at Beamery, Tom has played a key role in driving the company’s growth through five investment rounds and has worked closely with some of Beamery’s largest clients. Today, he leads the UK sales team, continuing to expand Beamery’s market presence and helping organisations transform their approach to talent.
