Ryan Chang

Ryan is the cofounder & CTO of Chapters. Chapters builds AI Agents for complex people problems. Our agents perform research on Linkedin profiles, interview notes, performance data, and other internal company data to prioritize candidates, map out skills shortages, find traits of top performers, and more.Prior to that, Ryan worked at Susquehanna International Group, and was an early employee at Ripple spinoff, Coil. Ryan attended Duke University, where he studied computer science & economics.
