Nathan Lian

Nathan is a fractional operator and strategic advisor for multiple startups across B2B SaaS, tech-enabled services, consumer fintech, and AI apps. He specializes in scaling finance, operations, and go-to-market organizations from 0 to 1; and occasionally assists growth-stage companies with capital raises and M&As. Prior to this, Nathan built and led Strategic Finance, BizOps, Growth Marketing, and Revenue teams at AI startups HiredScore (HRTech) and nate (consumer fintech).Nathan started his career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, focusing on aerospace, defense, transportation, and logistics sectors. He holds a B.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University.
