Michael Paterson

Michael Paterson is a CTO, advisor, and angel investor. He co-founded Beamery in 2013, growing it into a unicorn and a global leader in talent lifecycle management. As CTO, Michael scaled the engineering organisation to 130+ and led the development of Beamery’s AI-powered SaaS platform, trusted by some of the world’s largest enterprises to transform their talent strategies. Since stepping back from day-to-day operations, Michael has been focused on advising and investing in early-stage startups.
