Melike Abacioglu Gunes

Melike loves building products and services people use and scaling B2B start ups to multi-million P&L businesses. She is currently director of growth at Rippling, an $11B B2B SaaS software that helps companies run HR, IT and Finance in one place.

Previously, Melike was a GM and scaled Alto Online Pharmacy Chronic Care business from $3M to $400M ARR over 3 years. She is a former YC founder and built B2B2C digital health products selling to self-insured employers, provider networks and health plans. She held roles in and built product, biz ops and growth teams. Prior to her MBA, she was a management strategy consultant at BCG focusing on GTM strategy, market entry, and operational transformation.

Melike has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford.
