Jeffrey Peden

Jeff is the CTO of Warner Pacific Insurance Services. He has spent the last 23 years building technology and product teams at all stages, from pre-seed startup to post-IPO enterprise. Previously a Senior Vice President at EverQuote, he scaled the platform powering the third-party insurance exchange marketplace to a $200MM/year business, owned the integration of multiple acquisitions as part of a strategic transformation to build a Direct-to-Consumer Insurance Agency, and owned the office of the CIO responsible for SOX and HIPAA compliance initiatives.  

Prior to EverQuote, Jeff founded a venture backed location intelligence startup in Boston, CraveLabs, which plugged into mobile advertising exchanges to build audiences based on geo-targeting in real-time. In the 2000s, Jeff was a Founder and CTO of Newbury Networks, an Idealab! incubated location tracking platform for Enterprise and Government WiFi Networks.  Newbury was acquired in 2008 by Trapeze Networks and Belden, Inc, where Jeff was part of the office of the CTO post-acquisition and led the integration of the portfolio of Newbury products. Jeff holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
