Debbie Simpson

Debbie Simpson, a former PwC partner and 12-year senior partner and CFO of Boston Consulting Group, is an experienced global finance and operations leader who helped BCG grow by double digits annually over her tenure, to $8.5B. Debbie is now leveraging her financial, international, and operating experience in board roles at two software companies: Trax Retail, and Formation, and also for Plan International, a global girls development organization. She is also a senior advisor to several start-ups and a PE fund, and continues to advise the Digital Ventures and Green Ventures teams for BCG on a part-time basis.
