Ben Slater

Ben Slater is an experienced marketing leader and executive. Currently SVP Marketing at Beamery, he joined the business pre-revenue as employee #5 while the company was still in stealth mode. After establishing the different commercial functions (sales, marketing, customer success), he built and scaled the marketing organization from team of 1 to 50, incorporating other key areas of the organization (employer brand, business development) along the way. He has played a key role in the growth of Beamery from pre-seed to Series D, unicorn valuiation, and significant scale, and has led the creation of new category of Talent Lifecycle Management.
